ISU has over 30 years of history with guaranty funds and now has been completely rewritten in a modern programming framework. To be precise, ISU has been rewritten in .NET 8 and WPF for all of its features. Meanwhile, our lengthy history and focus on guaranty funds means we support numerous business cases other systems may not support.
Claims Adjusting
Reserve development, payments (checks and ACH), pre-insolvency pay histories, diaries, notes and claims reporting.
A Record Import
A Record imports including a check for any records with errors before any claims are imported. Imports of other UDS records from liquidators also check for errors in all records before any record is imported.
Automated C/D Records
Automated C and D Record exports to NCIGF, with one click to upload many different companies.
Rapid Entry
Imports of payments directly from multi-claim service providers (i.e. pharmacies or claims adjusters) to spread a single payment to multiple claims. Support of new import formats included in a support contract.
OFAC
OFAC SDN of all payments in process.
1099s
1099 support for both electronic IRS filing and mailing to the payees.
Net Worth Billing
Net worth billing with frequency customizable for each net worth policy.
Assessments
Assessment modules include insurer demographics, assessable premium calculations, invoice printouts with calculations, automated refunds with information statements, quick payment entries and payment entry with custom assessment applications.
MSP
MSP handling of queries and reporting, including Parts C/D information from queries.
On-Premise
On-premise system with SQL Server database and documentation allowing definite data migration out of the system if necessary.
Support
Support includes new reporting and modules as necessary for the customer, with a continual look at improving automation and user-friendliness of the system.
